Rob was fantastic from the first initial contact all the way through to delivering the vehicle to my home. Rob took the time to carefully explain to me the process of which the car goes through before the sale and kept me informed throughout. Rob went out of his way to even deliver the car to me on a Saturday. It was refreshing to have a car salesman’s without the pushy sale. Just honest and genuine. Especially to a female customer. As all the reviews say, we found Robert Jenkins of Certa Used Car Sales to be a helpful and affable salesman throughout the buying process. We have to agree that was true when buying and trading in our old car. Unfortunately, about 8 days after driving back to Liverpool, we had a serious malfunction with the car. Highly recommended, 1st class service from the start. Rob is a pleasure to deal with. No pushy sales tactics. Just helpful, polite, and willing to answer questions and walk you though the whole process. He stayed late for the hand over and was not rushed. Car is as described,. And we are very pleased with it. There was a minor issue that didn't affect the car being used, and was not covered by the warranty but Rob sorted it out as a goodwill gesture. You can't ask for more than that.
