“I recently called GMC Attleborough for service, and unfortunately, my experience with Wendell over the phone was disappointing. He set poor expectations for the service, and I was left feeling unsatisfied. I won’t be bringing my car back here again and would suggest looking elsewhere for better customer care.”
Terrible service desk rep. Sat on hold for 10 mins and ended up switching to parts and asking them to transfer to get a hold of someone then for the rep on the phone to say they don't work on 2014 GMC cars cause it's too old. Called the other gm dealership not to far away and they said year doesn't matter and gave me the quote.
