You can clearly tell that Wendell is not in the service dept. my last two times there in the past two weeks weren’t as good as they usually are. It’s very disappointing. The newer person there is about overcharging the customer to make himself look good. Luckily I’m pretty vast with my car information or he’d take advantage of this female.. terrible
Have always been taken care of in a timely manner
I don’t always leave reviews but I recently found out that Wendell is no longer working in the service department. It’s unfortunate since he was the reason I started bringing my car to Cerrone. Between his excellent customer service and candid communication about what my car needed, he worked to get me a good deal and never upsold me. It’s rare to find folks who care like himself and he will be missed!
