Great staff! My experience was good. Staff was helpful and friendly. Process was easy. There are lot of nice vehicles to choose from. the preowned chevy captiva we purchased was clean and ready for the road.
Steve Smith is great! i had a great time at this dealership first startes with brian then got switched to greg stanfill they were both very knowlegable and very friendly not pushy at all i will not do buisness with a pushy salesman but i will defamitel do buisness here again thank u for such a great time

In and Out Service Thank goodness for a dealership that is willing to work with their customers. We bought my husbands car from Ideal and they were so accommodating. We went in one night, picked out the car and then left to go home (leaving them to fill out the paperwork). STAY AWAY SERVICE STINKS. I had a problem with my pontiac and had it towed to Ideal. After the work was finished I was informed my extended warranty would not cover the work. After talking to the GM extended warranty people they said covering the work was up to the dealership. After talking to the service manager I was questioned "did you buy the car from us?"
