I have been trying to reach you about the damage you caused to my roof. One of your workers cut a tree branch on my roof and sliced through it with a chainsaw. I would hope you have insurance or something to safeguard your customers. This has caused a leak and my house to flood. If I do not hear from you I will proceed with a civil suit. This it’s very disappointing as you seemed very honest.
