Having steroid injections next week in my spine. Called them to find out what my cost would be after insurance pays. Yanett was argumentative and said they wouldn't tell me until after the procedure! I insisted that I have a Consumer Right to know. She got angry and defensive and, rather than transferring me to someone who could help, hung up on me. Don't even come here. They told me it's "run" by 7 physicians who are never there. The front desk help was miserable and I'd have to make an appointment for the one day in the month when the particular doctor is there...
