Went in on Tuesday morning of 11/18, one lady waiting in the lobby and one man at front desk. He took copies of my ID and insurance card and had me write down my cell so someone could call to make an appointment. Guy called 3 days later and said respond to email and give copies of your ID and insurance card again along with your husband's. Did that, some social worker CC's me in the email afterwards while addressing a guy named Matthew to confirm they're in network.
