I would give Tony in the service department 5 stars. Been coming to him for like 10yrs or more. He takes good care of the people he helps. Always kind & respectful & a smile on his face. Would hate to loose him when I get a new car.
Review for Cerritos Nissan Service Center ( long overdue) I am extremely disappointed and heartbroken by my experience at Cerritos Nissan, particularly with Timothy in the service department. From the very beginning, Tim was dishonest and misleading about the payment options for my service fees. The fact that I can’t give anything lower annoys me. I guess Jacob pizza party at his desk is more important than telling his customers that there will more wait time than expected. If you like waiting extra time without getting a notice or a call back or updates, then this place is for you. I waited 3 hours to wait and find out that it was going to take another 2 hours for my oil change. Now maybe it’s because I had a coupon and denied the recommended services, but I would think I would be treated the same as everyone else.... read more
I took my car in for service this morning and Fernando Lara was so awesome! I’m not very knowledgeable about cars so I’m always a bit hesitant when it’s preventative maintenance time but he was so nice, advised me of an open recall I had and had it fixed along with my oil change and tire rotation and the wait was not long at all. I hope to deal with him again for future visits as he made this trip there this morning a good one!
