Eduardo was great and very patient with me. When an issue became apparent when I picked up my vehicle, I received great advice from Pepe and Eduardo quickly sought a solution. Unfortunately, the solution required me to wait at least one hour and I couldn't afford to wait as I had to be elsewhere soon. No problem. He set me up with a loaner vehicle and sent me on my way. I took my vehicle today this morning and Krysta was great. She mentioned the recommended services that my vehicle needed. She was very helpful. The service was done in a timely manner. I'm thankful for that .
Eduardo in the service department always provides the best customer service. this is my second Infiniti and I got a second one because of the service that I always get with Infiniti and Eduardo is the best.
Car are good. Service department need better. My service advisor was great. Got everything done on time well done.
