I wasted my time here. We had an appointment scheduled for 2:30pm today. Filled out the registration forms prior to appointment and arrived 15 minutes before appointment as well. When we entered the waiting room appeared to be kind of busy so I expected a bit of a wait time. My son had his x-rays done promptly which made things promising. By 3:20pm we were still waiting in the waiting room to be entered to a room and many of the families who entered after us were already seen. Worst place I will never recommend or come here again the so called specialist wasted 3 1/2 hours for him to walk in and tell his assistant that he cannot remove my son‘s tooth and walked out. Didn’t even explain why he couldn’t. This is the third time that I come waited for this appointment for him to take 15 seconds and just walk out without an explanation so So unprofessional, I’m beyond Annoyed I called a day before to confirm the appointment and to make sure it was gonna be an extraction they said yes and I get here ear... read more
