Rude and dismissive young lady in the front office.
I took my car here for what I was expecting to be an expensive repair for a fender on my Toyota, but I came away with an excellent repair for a very reasonable price. I was very impressed and I highly recommend Cerritos Auto Body
Great service! Had to take my car in because someone hit me and punctured the door on my new car. The repair was great, paint was super and the customer service was superb. Only one problem, the onsite rental car service was awful. Car was dirty with lots of trash and cigarettes. Totally different company, but it reflects on CAB who they allow to service their customers.
best body shop in town. – shop personal helped me tow my vehicle to shop afterhours. It was my first accident and they were recommended by my insurance. I'm glad I brought my car here. They helped with insurance process. They gave me a good deal on additional repairs done to my car. They finish reparing my vehicle earlier than promise. They took in consideration i didn't have rental and had the job done quickly.
Great Customer Service – These guys fixed my car and they had great customer service.The worker were so kind, and the owner is very generous.
