1 Star Cerritos MHC has gone downhill over the last three years since the new company took over. It no longer feels like a safe place to live. Residents are constantly being warned about thefts, with items like bicycles, scooters, tools, coolers, and even weights being stolen. The community has even sent emails warning everyone about a thief roaming the neighborhood late at night. Management doesn't seem to be taking enough action to improve the situation. I been liveing here befor the office was a a office. When we moved it was empty barely any ppl liveing here yet and I can say I feel very happy with my purchase.
