Very cheery "bedside manner". She explained what was going to take place and why in a clear, concise way. She also took personal preferences and circumstances into consideration and altered tge procedure to accommodate them. Post procedure conversation was equally helpful and clear. Excellent experience. The assisting nurse (Shirley?) was excellent as well.
Dr Cerrene Giordano was great! She made me feel at ease and was very understanding and sensitive to my feelings!
