Highly not recommended as per our experience, we used them twice first time they did equipment startup only and second time for a repair where they charged us extra for trip (instead of two trips we charged 3 trips, once he came to diagnose second time to fix the part), also charged us double the price of part & shipping. Poor customer service, upon following up by giving them reference of first invoice but there reponse take it or leave it. Since then we are using other companies for repair work.
Cerphanga installed my air conditioner system in my home and I found them to be excellent! They were personable, polite and professional!
Poor service. Attempting return, slow responses. They want a 35% restocking fee. No policy on their website. Sneaky. Avoid and buy elsewhere.
