I called Cermin Plumbing Co after moving to Waller a few months ago - we wanted to do business with a local plumber. I first called Cermin because 2 shower heads had blown out and were stuck on the down rod (improperly installed by the builder), and Dale promptly came out (next day service, impressive). I called the telephone number several times, even more than once and only once got through to an unfriendly person, who promised to take care of a leak, I called for, never happened, not even after calling multiple times, said his phone was not registering messages and the left messages were not responded to.

Hired Dale to install new dishwasher to replace existing one. He was grossly negligent, not even testing the install before leaving. I ran a quick cycle and got an error code “no water”. Called Dale and he said it was a warranty issue. Scheduled warranty service. Tech came out and found crimped water line and fried components due to no water supply. Tech also found Dale had clipped wires to hook up power rather than use terminals provide thus VOIDING WARRANTY! Part arrived, called Dale to install. Completed install and again... read more
