Poor quality of work and can not get a returned phone call Thank you for your response - BUT we tried to get some one to address the problem for over a month and even when we spoke to someone to take a message no one returned calls. We had another contractor take a look at it only after parts of the interior roof was fall in. So not sure how you as a company what a client to address issues when there is a growing emergency and that CERMAK is not responding

Were supposed to moisturize and seal garage roof; cut out some rotted wood and did not replace it so now water is pooling and they won’t return calls or texts. Total scam; we’re moving on to legal action. NOV UPDATE: I do not understand the response from the owner; I don't know anyone who works for the company and just want them to fix the leaks their work made in our garage roof. Awesome company and easily the best roofing company in the area. Hands down very nice people and pricing was great.
