Taking my daughter back to the university of Iowa the alternator went out on my 2004 Chevy express and chad literally dropped everything he was doing and got us in immediately! Awesome service fair price and kept my wife and I from being stranded out of state overnight THANKS SO MUCH!!!
He helped us in a pinch over Christmas Break. Our son’s car broke down on a Saturday evening and I was flying blind trying to get the car towed and fixed from Naperville, IL. I found Chad and the shop via a Google search. The shop was closed for the night/weekend but he left an emergency contact number on his shop’s VM message. I called him - and he was GREAT!
