Had these guys install my Solar panels / Battery. It has been a great pleasure working with these guys as they were easy to communicate with and had a clean install towards the house. Michael was great to speak with as he was very informative with the whole process & helped me have a better understanding of how the system works. Gee and his team were the installers and were able to manage to get the battery and solar installed within a day with a clean install of the battery within the garage! If I could give more than 5 stars, I absolutely would. Michael has been genuine and reliable from the very beginning, and his team is highly professional. We did extensive research on solar providers before making a decision, and ultimately chose them because they offered some of the best products and pricing in the market, along with outstanding value for money. I’m leaving this 1-star review after trying for weeks to get an ongoing issue sorted. At first, Michael was quick to respond and the quote seemed fair. But since the install, it’s been a nightmare. I’ve messaged the installer about connection problems and was basically brushed off told to take it up with Michael. Michael does reply to emails, but nothing has actually been fixed. There’s been no proper after-sales support at all. Right now, my system still isn’t connected to the grid. My electricity provider says they haven’t... read more
