Dexter Bufkin, wont answer my call and don't want honor his 1 year warranty. I call him before thanksgiving, he fix my heather on 11.15.13, the heater stop working before Christmas, I called him, and he told me that he will be coming to check the heater after new year on January 02 because he was out of town visiting his family. That was the last time, I spoke with Dexter, He never called me back and he don't want answer my calls. Bad service Dexter.
