Excellent jewelry repair service, and they stand by their workmanship!
Did great work. Worked fast. However, his initial quote included, warranty, guarantees, and a sizing. We negotiated $100 off for no warranties or guarantees. When I picked up the item, they told me sizing WASN'T included. I called the owner myself, and was he rude from the start. Ended up cutting me off several times, repeating things like "NO WARRANTY OR GUARANTEES" and "NO BUTS". Wouldn't recommend this place if customer service is something you care about.
