I’m so thankful San Antonio Dental is close by. I really lucked out with them. Their staff has been friendly and professional. They made me feel very comfortable and listened to my concerns. Dr. Tran-Nguyen is very knowledgeable yet down to earth and patient. I highly recommend them.
I have been a patient at this office for some time, but my recent visit left me feeling uncomfortable. I came in with mild cold/allergy symptoms and wore a mask to protect staff and other patients. During the appointment, I felt repeatedly questioned about my symptoms, medications, and whether I was seeing a specialist. While I understand the importance of safety, the way this was handled felt unnecessarily judgmental and made me feel unsupported.
