I have been going to Cerilli's since I was a little kid. Now, I am bringing my kids here! All of the staff are friendly and accommodating and it is a wonderful atmosphere. Olga has done a fantastic job cutting my kids hair. She is patient with their needs and ensures they leave happy with stylish hair! I always leave pleased as well, my curls always look fantastic after a cut at Cerilli's.

I got the worst haircut ever in my life . My appointment was the last appointment of the day. Maybe the hair stylist was tired . She used only a razor blade instead of scissors to cut and style my hair and the outcome was disastrous, although she was fooling me by saying " you look amazing with this haircut " ! They charged us for $150 plus tax and tips for only two short and thin hair cut, one was mine which was already short and the second one was my son's hair. Loredana is the best! She has worked tirelessly with me to help me achieve my dream hair (no easy feat), and has spent a lot of time helping me get comfortable through this process. She is a really excellent problem-solver, and seemingly has a solve for almost every issue! Incredibly warm and friendly too- she will treat you like family.

Olga has been my hairstylist for over a year now. I absolutely love her. She is warm, genuine and also very professional. I get so many good compliments regarding my nice-looking hair from my friends and co-workers now:) It makes a huge difference to work with a good hairstylist. I'm glad l found my go-to salon and hairstylist after moving to Richmond Hill!
