Ceridian's incompetence is astounding. Their interface is terrible you will regret using them. They don't even know that we have cancelled with them despite sending them letters and informing them several times over email. Its a bit comical at this point - a disgrace of a company.
When we first signed up years ago, Ceridian provided an easy payroll solution for our small business. However, ever since they have consolidated customer “service” to a call center rather than contact with the local office communicating problems and finding anyone with an answer has been has been incredibly difficult. Trying to understand the phone representatives over their accents makes conveying simple instructions and questions over the phone nearly impossible.
