We tried to help a family in need by purchasing propane for them. They have 2 small children in the house and its winter time. The parents work and are scraping by proudly with no government assistance. This company charges an extra $125 fee for same day propane delivery, EVEN THOUGH it's being delivered on their scheduled delivery day. And there is a 3% charge for me to apply it to my credit card.
