Just called to check on pricing for propane for the small tank refill, and they don't do it anymore. This place always had shoddy customer service when it came to that so instead of getting better, they decided to just get rid of the program altogether.
Worst company ever. They've let our gas run out twice, even though we pay for the auto fill plan. They've left an extra propane tank on our lawn for months, and haven't come to get it. We're finding another company.
Called for fill up dec26th. Its now January 5th. Still waiting an its getting cold out. Bad part. I have 500 bucks paid already into my account so kinda stuck waiting. Will for sure be finding another providers
Been customer for over 50 years, called friday 12/16/2022 was told on schedule for that day and they drop in two guys from another area that day so they could get caught up!!! Well long story short which i have concerns with been told information that isnt correct today is 12/22/2022 still have no propane and at 10%!! So why would you think that i would be upset, plus my 90 year old mom is also in this house!!! Sorry but not happy with these people
I am always able to get great gas & great prices on my way to work during the morning, or, after hours. I like that it's always busy, yet the space accomodating.
