Worst (not) massage experience EVER. Similar to other reviews, I have booked 3 times and been cancelled on 3 times- All were within 1 hour of the massage, and the last one was 15 minutes before. Even worse, she takes $1 from you each time you book to "secure" the appointment. She messaged me before the most recent cancellation and said she is "no longer doing business in an office"....so then why have a website that's accepting bookings?!? The first time I booked an appointment through Spa Finder and they were a no show. I tried contacting them multiple times by email, text, and phone but never heard back. I wanted to redeem my Spa Finder gift card so I tried again and booked through Ceren's direct website. My 2nd appointment was cancelled an hour before the my appointment. They stated their kids were sick but offered to reschedule. My 3rd appointment was cancelled due to sickness again. I had one massage from her and it was great but then I scheduled two other massages and both were canceled within an hour or so before the massage unfortunately.
