Absolutely Amazing. I am so glad I found this place. I recently had an incident with liquid. My dogs had gotten hold of a water bottle and spilt water everywhere onto my Laptop. It was last minute and at night when I had called Caleb and he was willing to accept it before he had to leave for another repair. I dropped off the laptop in a bin of rice and with a thorough examination of the laptop and it sitting in the rice. It was determined through some very thorough communication. Caleb still has my laptop after 80 days. Repeated calls and texts are answered with lies and excuses. Paid him $400 in good faith but he has lost my laptop and does not answer calls or texts. I am making a report to BBB and will be suing him in court. DO. NOT. TRUST.
