I tried building my pc but I didn't know what i was doing and Caleb helped me out immensely. He got my pc back to me a day after I gave it to him, super helpful!
Went to them for a PC repair and diagnostic and not only did the whole thing take a month but there was minimal communication, and the part that was replaced is the completely wrong part compared to the rest of my computer, i would only go here if you have a simple repair, nothing major, other than that the interactions with the guy were pleasant even if minimal.
Cerebus did a great job. Good communication And quick turnaround. I will definitely be Coming back here next time I need a computer repair
Had some DRAM issues I COULD NOT figure out. I brought the pc to Caleb and he was able to diagnose the problem extremely quickly. Turned out my CPU fried. I brought Caleb new parts and he built me almost a whole new computer under 24h! Extremely knowledgeable and up to date on current market knowledge. Cannot recommend more.
I really Appreciate the service provided From Cerberus, all my questions were answered and I asked a lot of questions as I was rebuild my pc.
