Outstanding customer service! My order arrived damaged and partially missing, they quickly sent out a replacement without any issues.
Stopped in awhile ago at their old location. Guy at the counter wasn't any help and completely ignored me when another customer (who I'm assuming he knew pretty well) walked in and they just sat at the counter and talked. Never went back and never will. Edit: No, it was your other old location over off Lincolnton Rd and Jake Alexander. Not when you were located at what used to be Pistol Pops.
