If I could give these crooks zero rating, I would. I have never dealt with anyone who was as dishonest and completely incompetent as Cerberus team. I reached out to Josh from Cerberus a few months ago. I asked if they could do dry ice blasting to remove a surface rust (see the picture 1) underneath my 3rd gen 4runner. He asked me to come to the shop so that they could do proper assessment of what needed to be done and give me a more accurate estimate.
