They came out on a weekend. Gave a thoroughly explained blood report, and showed acceptable mannerism. Low cost mis diagnosed my baby, causing him pain and to suffer for almost 24 hrs. They were a little more expensive here, BUT WORTH EVERY CENT. Thank you guys.

a recent tip to emergency, I told the vet Veronica Spencer D.V.M. the person on phone was the tech that was also in the room. (I never got her name) I told them that my dog Luka a 7 year old rott. very sick, his lymph nodes ,throat and neck very swollen, he was in alot of pain . he was constipated ,difficulty breathing., could only swallow water.. Excellent care wonderful Doctor and Associates. Always took excellent care of my 3 Dogs. Much better than other Vets I've been too.

These people are completely incompetent . I would give them less than 1 star if I could . I had to send my records for 2 dogs and they couldn't even read them correctly !!!! I will never use these people ever again for anything !!!!!!

VERY disatisfied with not only the care my dog received, but also the service by the staff. Only rated 1 star because I could not rate NONE. Very unknowledgable front staff. Every question asked was answered with, "Ummm... Let me ask." Was not allowed to see my dog the entire time he was there. The doctor gave (at best) vague, short answers to all questions. And, I understand that to some people this might not be an issue - with regard to the patient being an animal versus a person, but I do - Their bedside manner was just h... read more

We lost our buddy boy to this disease. why ??? because they didn't warn us that valley fever was all over the southwest. A simple test once a year could of saved him. a bill for 1700 dollars trying to save him when we could of had him tested 17 times and he would still be with us. what a shame to have a Dr. tell you..." well its on our website". I told her she should have it in the office and communicate with people.

I have been going to this vet for OVER 10 years! They are kind & caring & deserve respect. NOT all animals are easy to draw blood from & not all animals are easy to deal with BUT they try & they do a great job, I have 22 cats & they take GREAT care of my babies. I LOVE Dr. Acer & Dr. Patterson & I think it is sad that just because you are grieving that you would write hateful things about a place that goes above & beyond to help animals! I think Cerbat Cliffs ROCKS!!!!! Susie Jessee

Front Office Staff Snippy ! – Although, the doctor seemed nice enough, I found the front office staff "snippy" and not pleasant. Since you have to deal with the front office staff more that you deal with the doctor, I decided to move my pet to another vet who has nicer front office staff.
