a recent tip to emergency, I told the vet Veronica Spencer D.V.M. the person on phone was the tech that was also in the room. (I never got her name) I told them that my dog Luka a 7 year old rott. very sick, his lymph nodes ,throat and neck very swollen, he was in alot of pain . he was constipated ,difficulty breathing., could only swallow water..
