Beware of these people, totally incorrect. I drove loads for them, helped with loading and unloading. Arrived a day early for unloading, communicated nicely with them on the phone, said I could unload whenever I wanted, made them pick up their load a day early, and in the end they totally screwed up and asked me to charge $250 for the earlier unloading. I have been working with Ceratizit for over 10 years, and never once had any problems. They expect what they deliver, integrity! Even though the products they make require a very dirty process, their plants are always very clean, neat, orgainized, and well labeled. (Their attention to safety is obvious!) Their staff have always been accomodating and helpful.
