Update response: Toni is saying I lost this case — but it is a searchable case — 2023 AR0040 Cerasi renovations wants to collect remaining due 19,000 for a siding and roof job I contested that they never had a signed contract and that I only owed $15,500 (Toni admits under perjury of law that they do not follow Illinois rules and regulations did not follow Illinois contractor law, did not have a signed contract, did not provide all services outline in insurance docket).
