Typical big company—bloated, careless, and completely useless sales team. I placed an order two weeks ago and made it very clear: do not ship until I have the full total including shipping. They reassured me shipping would be “no more than 20–30%.” Of course, they ignored that, shipped anyway without approval, and then hit me with an 80% shipping charge. No call. No confirmation.
