Do not use this company. My window film peeled back in less than 5 years and was initially told it was under warranty for 10-15 years. Once I contacted Joel he said that wasn’t the case anymore and he would get back to me. Been over two weeks with multiple read texts on his end and absolutely no response. No repairs were offered nor was there any response to my issue. Very unprofessional and I would look elsewhere.

Run, don’t walk as far away as you can from this place. Dented my hood with ZERO resolution. Not to mention the tint peeled off before I got home.

I wish I could give them 0 stars. Initially did a decent job. But when the car film had some small defects, they delayed and delayed an appointment to fix it. When they finally gave me an appointment I arrived to an empty building. I think they got evicted and replaced by the new Carolina Tint. They would say the owner would call me back, but he never did. Liars and thieves these folks.

I've had multiple cars done here but my most recent experience will probably be my last. I made an appointment a week out and when I showed up, the installers were standing outside and told me the shop was completely out of film and that the receptionist would call me to reschedule. I left my job in North Charleston to drop my car off, and had a ride meeting me there. It's pretty poor customer service to not call your appointments to let them know you can't perform the job rather than having them show up and waste their time... read more
