We paid for a Ceramic Pro coating package through our GMC dealership in Central Oregon at the time of purchase. This company, Ceramic Pro, applied the ceramic coating so that there were high spots on multiple areas of the car. When we went to try to get them to fix the issue, which is part of the warranty they provide, the issues began. GMC said Ceramic Pro was supposed to contact us to schedule the fix, but they never called. I took my car to Ceramic Pro right after I bought it. After 7 years it still looks brand new. Their team is professional and they do a fantastic job. I can’t recommend them enough.
They just did our Toyota Sienna with full clear film on front and ceramic coating. They also did a matte wrap on the large center console to eliminate glare, which it did. A big thanks to Ceramic Pro, Michelle and the rest of the team. Thank you.
