I got the original coat done in San Diego with the life time warranty. When I brought it in to Carlsbad last year they told me that since I missed a year, that it voided my warrantee. They then charged me another 1500.00 for a 7 year warrantee and this year I've attempted to set up a maintenance so I dont void my warranty but no one returns my calls and the emails have been returned indicating that the email address is no longer valid. Now I have to take them to small claims court
