First time using this company. They did a fantastic job on our car making it look like it came from showroom floor. Will highly recommend them.
Had my beautiful new car ceramic coated and there was an issue with the application. I went back to see them and was told that "there was obviously an issue" however because I hadn't been back every month for them to inspect it, any warranty was invalid. Contacted head office who said that wasn't the case and referred me back to them to fix it. They then ignored me. Definitely would not trust these guys with your car!
Had my new 4x4 ceramic coated by the very professional team at Ceramic Pro Auto Spa. The finish is amazing. They thoroughly prepped the vehicle and applied two coats of the 9H and a coat of top coat. The top coat was a little extra but definitely worth it. Makes cleaning the bugs off so much easier. Considering what we spent to buy the car the cost for the ceramic coating was well worth it to protect it for the future. Definitely use these guys if you want to have your car Ceramic coated. Most disappointing and unprofessional company I’ve had the displeased of dealing with. This is coming from a tradesman who understands that when someone pays for a service you do your upmost to deliver on it. Instead of telling me before I’ve already made the trip to pick up the car and view it they decide to tell me 5 mins before closing time when I’m around the corner that they have stuffed up my rear window and had to remove the tint, however when I asked if they could fix it as I’m about to be there rather abruptly told ... read more
