Hello Yvette. I hope you situation has been resolved. Unfortunately, if your situation is similar to ours, it probably has not. We have been a vendor for Ceramic Matrix/Arc Surfaces for almost 20 years. Once they became Arc Surfaces everything turned for the worst. We have been chasing a past due $1,1100.66 invoice since last October. We also keep getting run around with idle promises.

BE VERY CAREFUL! While I can't speak to the quality of their products or services, I can share my experience with their company which may give you some doubts about doing business with them. One of their drivers was delivering tiles to a house up the street from mine. Their driver plowed into several bushes in front of my house and keep going.
