We had the pleasure of working with Deborah von Donop in selecting tile and a vanity for bathroom renovations for our new home. When it was time to renovate our kitchen, we chose KB Home in Westport CT, and we're so glad we did – especially because we got to work with Deborah von Donop! She is an incredible kitchen designer and made the whole process so enjoyable. Her eye for design, whether it was cabinetry, tile, or lighting, was simply amazing. Our kitchen is now better than we ever dreamed, and that's largely thanks to Deborah. She was truly a pleasure to collaborate with!
First project - bathroom - had some hiccups but ultimately functional cabinets after some material repairs and issues; terrible plumbing fixtures with a large markup that they will ultimately not stand behind so just order the hardware/plumbing directly. Second project - kitchen- absolute nightmare across the board with their cabinets. Emails and calls will go ignored…it’s a tough process with disappointing results and zero quality control. Their installer is great though thus the 2 stars.
