wonderful place, kind people, very helpful, and beautiful selection. And this is coming from a picky person. Side note, I purchased some tile that was difficult to get. All other places couldn't get it and didn't even try. Alex here went out of his way for even a small order, and helped me get extra tile in a rush. I really appreciate that because normally business don't help this much anymore. I want to support great businesses like this. Such great and helpful people. Support the good ones!

Buyer beware! We purchased our backsplash tile and grout here and recently installed it. Unfortunately the sanded grout was inappropriate for the ceramic tile and resulted in virtually the entire backsplash being scratched. The rep we spoke to today is denying accountability because the purchase is old, but that doesn't change the fact that our backsplash was ruined solely by the poor service and recommendations that we received. 0/5 do not recommend.
We had Kim helped us during our bathroom renovation. The blue is the before and the green is the after. She was so patient while my husband and I were choosing the tiles for the floor, slab and the niche. I will absolutely recommend Ceramic Decor to anyone and everyone and I am so appreciative of Kim for being our person to go to during this chaotic time. 🖤
