About your response, I think you misunderstood the problem. You sold me a tile that was listed as 24x24, but its actual dimensions were smaller than 24x24. Because of that, it did not align with the second tile option. In other words, you sold me one thing and delivered another. I had a very frustrating experience with Ceramic Decor during my bathroom renovation. I visited the showroom and selected two tiles that were displayed together as a combination. My contractor confirmed that the design would work for the bathroom layout. However, once installation began, we discovered that the two tiles actually have different dimensions, which meant the grout lines do not align.
