Very poor customer service. I wouldn’t waste my time.
I had Cerami Lawns and was displeased with my lawn so I DID NOT sign on for the following year. They came anyway and applied 1 application. I immediately called them and told them that I did not want their service and not only that but they applied chemicals the day after my new company had applied. The signs were still on my lawn!! I continued to receive bills from them and now I have been sent to a collection agency. They should spend more time working on lawns and less time trying to collect for inadequate unwanted servic... read more
Worst company ever. I called to cancel last year and I moved. They still tried to charge me for a house I don't even live in anymore and wouldn't even speak to me, hung up on me 3 times. They immediately got defensive when I called about this which tells me that they are use to doing this to people(ITS A SCAM). I spoke with Lisa the owner and they just talk over you. They maintain my next door neighbors property, whenever they come they leave my property a mess.. every year they blow the leaves ALL on my property.. when you call to tell them about the problem, they do nothing!!!! I’m tired of having to clean up after Cerami after they do my neighbors law!!!
Terrible. Their program did not improve my lawn at all. Grub control was supposed to be part of the program, I have more grubs now than I ever had before they started.
They do an amazing job. Best in Ocean County
