Toxic work enviroment - verbally abusive management – This review focuses on the Defense part of Ceradyne, since Crucibles has recently been mis-managed out of existence. Out of about 80 employees, 20 are managers. From what I can tell, these 20 managers exist to verbally abuse you when you don't conform to the alternative universe that exists in their 4 hour daily meetings.
