Absolutely the worst customer service. Monica is a good waxer but the others are uneven. Probably the worst customer service of any business in Bethesda. They literally harass you and argue with you about every little thing. Very unpleasant!
Just got a lash tint here and it was amazing! It was my first lash tint and Monica explained the process very well and let me know what to expect. I love the way my lashes look!!
