Worst renovation of a bathroom I’ve ever experienced spent $25,000 did not get $25,000 worth of work got painted everywhere on pieces of fixtures that were not supposed to be painted got walls that are uneven that have been sanded numerous times ended up with contractors not being available for me to speak to dealing with workers that do not speak English whatsoever and do not read instructions on any installation installing things in the wrong place it’s been a nightmare from the get-go. Wish I did not sign the contract to do a small bathroom upgrade with Cera Stone through Home Depot. We were wanting to upgrade our bathtub/shower to a more modern one and almost a month later it is still not done. The communication has been poor to the point where I am contacting various people to find out what the plans are and what is going on. I had my main bathroom renovation by Cera Stone in September. The entire experience with this company was exceptional. The team working on my project were outstanding. From the design coordinator, to the project manager, to the tradesmen and the office staff they were always available when needed. The project came together seamlessly and on time.
