Update from previous poor review. We had a walk in shower installed in May. There were delays due to materials and wrong measurements. In the end, the job was completed yo our satisfaction. However, we have already had two warranty issues - a leak into bathroom wall with repairs delayed and now even worse, no hot water in our only shower. We have had one promise after another on repair, blame is always someone else. I use Cera Stone through home depot and I deeply regret it. A 2 week bathroom renovation took 6 months to be fully done, paint splatter was everywhere, they patched dry wall with aluminum and were incredibly condescending while doing an awful job. They were also disrespectful of the space and my unit was constantly covered in dust.
We went with Cerastone through Home Depot for a shower installation. While we were happy with the end result. Project was delayed, wrong size shower door was ordered. During the first 6 months, we had a leak & had to pester for a warranty repair. Since before Christmas we have no hot water with only one shower. We have been told the plumber is trying to get a replacement. Again terrible warranty service & we cannot shower. No one seems to care.
We hired Cera Stone through Home Depot to complete our Bathroom renovation. It was a great choice! Rizwan was great and knowledgeable, helping us through every step. The work was clean and contractors remained professional and friendly. Highly recommend
