They are absolutely useless in caring for the elderly. They leave my poor mother in law, who has no use in her legs so she is bed bound, in her nappy which is sodden with urine up to12 hours at a time. The carers they send over barely have training and regularly they send two MEN too change her. This is not suitable for a 92 year woman. Some of them don’t even know how to use the microwave to give her a hot meal. Higher up staff caught laughing at other staff behind their backs. No proper training, happy to send me and several other staff members out in the community without moving and handling training. When brought up to higher up staff, they didn’t seem to care.
