None of our properties look maintained. They are also declining in services. Now it is every 2 weeks they mow near the ponds. Nothing ever looks manicured. My lawn looks horrible since they took over. Their updates don't make sense they send to the community. They take shortcuts and our common areas look horrible. Just been a horrible , draining experience since they took over. Just don't do it.

Landscapes at the apartment and what a trash service. They see my car get detailed witness the entire thing. Then they proceed to leaf blow debris onto my car out of spite. Because my detail job was being done where they usually park. Pathetic I would advice not to go with them if you don’t want your car ruined. $250 detail down the drain…

Have not done business with them. But there's a truck out here on the road that is road raging driving recklessly. The guy inside is flinging his arms around having a fit... This is not on me this is on other vehicles. I would never use this company with employees like that this is truck number 254 a little ram minivan looking thing

I was visiting Publix, US 27 and Citrus when I encountered a frustrating situation. I had parked my vehicle in the parking lot, and when I was ready to leave, I found that a CEPRA landscape truck and trailer had blocked my vehicle in. I waited for a few minutes when a male employee arrived at the truck, got in, and began to eat his lunch. He saw me but didn't move. So I went up to him and asked him to move the truck. One of least responsible and poor performing landscapers, continue to engage and point out landscaping needs, constant babysitting.
