Cepheid has so much potential. They create groundbreaking, cutting edge technology that can save lives, but then corporate mismanagement and greed causes them to markup the price of these life-saving technologies by 300% and more in countries where that markup guarantees that millions will die of undiagnosed disease.

Saddened by this company's potential to save lives, but their consistent desire to put profits first. GeneXpert technology is revolutionary testing that can save SO many people, but is so highly priced millions can't afford it. There is plenty of profit to be made without price gouging the poorest people in the world. Please change your predatory practices so we can offer you a higher rating!

I love the technology you have created and it's potential to save lives, but the pricing mark-up is absolutely obscene on your GeneXpert test cartridges. Millions of people worldwide are dying for want of a $4 test cartridge you happily charge $15 for. I understand you need to make profit, I just don't think you should do it at the expense of the lives of individuals in low and middle income countries. Please help millions of people, reduce GeneXpert test prices!
