Just because, don’t think hospitals should do this.
Same experience as everyone else. Never even heard of this company until I got a collections letter for a provider that “bills separately” from the hospital. What is wrong with our healthcare system?
Loved it
Waited for hours to talk with someone. Was told I was billed several times and got nothing. Talking with hospital they stated no bill on the hospital or physicians side for the hospital bill. I had no idea about this separate bill. I called to resolve and it was already at collections. Easy workman comp claim but i never knew. Never called until collections. No certified mail, nothing.
They suck never did business with them.and now my credit score went down because of cep.
