I had worst hear cut in my life this morning in this hair salon. I will never go there again.

I’ve had mostly positive experiences here in the past, so I was surprised to feel disappointed after this appointment. I asked for a cut with layers and face framing, but the result was not what I asked for. I have layers on one side but not the other and completely straight from the face down on one side. The appointment itself was fine and the staff is friendly, but the final result didn’t reflect what I requested. I’m hoping this was just an off day, as my past experiences have been better.
