Stay away from this delivery company... – I'd try to stay away as much as possible from this service. Expect to be treated very poorly and not receive what you've ordered. Also they don't always disclose that they tack on the tip (in addition to delivery fee) so they seriously mislead.
Bad service, horrible delivery policies – My husband and I phoned CEO to place an order for one of hour favorite neighborhood restaurants in Bucktown, which is within walking distance of our home. We were told that we're a block west of CEO's delivery area, and that we would have to pay a mandatory 20% gratiuty for our $55 meal. What a Crock!!! – I'm in 60622 and used these guys 3 times before... called tonight and was told I was out of range and that this isn't a new policy. I can see the Hancock and Sears from my back door, for X's sake. Though I had a good experience the first few times, I'm really cranked that they've all of a sudden decided I'm too far out (2 blocks). Keep your inflated prices.
