Memphis I also will not use them again. I have purchased 2 ranges. The first cost about $8000 which lasted 14 years and the latest cost $11,000+. I signed a contract for the cost, it took 3 weeks to arrive to their showroom, and I got a call that they had misquoted the installation cost from $175 to $375 dollars.
